My husband and myself would like to mention the excellent service we received from the start of our booking to the conclusion. We were served efficiently and patiently by Glen. We had a lot of requests from start to finish,ie our flight booking (specific Airlines and Airport, our Boat house booking, Hotel Booking and Transfers). My husband is disabled so there were special needs again. Glen managed to assist us with the booking throughout. We kept making a lot of changes which Glen took in his stride and found alternatives till we were fully satisfied. He did not rush us into our final decision.We would personally like to thank Glen (Customer Services Staff) for the professional service he showed. He had good Customer Service mannerisms and caring attitude. Being perturbed at travelling to India, we we assured that we could contact him on his direct line in case of any problem during our stay.Though we had quotes from other Agencies it was Glen?s service that won us over to book with Benztravel.
