Hello GlenSorry I wasn?t able to get back to you earlier as I?ve been tied up with Mr Evans and all the hospital appointments.I?m just emailing to thank you and Kamal for all your assistance and bookings which went well. I realise a lot of effort that was put into all the bookings. On the whole we were very pleased with the efficient way you dealt with our holiday. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends for any holidays. There was just one episode of us having to wait over 45 minutes for our onward journey from Aleppy to Kollam. I think this was the fault of the Driver who was either sleeping or could not be bothered to come and find us even though we were at the Collection Point. Can you please apologies to Kamal on my behalf as I think I was quite short with him that day due to Mr Evans falling on the boat and then us waiting for an hour before the Driver was found by other Passengers and Drivers. All the people who served us on the boat and the Hotel were excellent and again I thank you for your choice in both. Also to Kamal who was our Rep in Kollam and kept in touch to get things sorted speedily.

I would like to leave some feedback for Paul. I have been searching for a week for some reasonably priced tickets, I spoke to Paul to for the first time today and Paul took his time and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions and was very patient and polite and made the whole process and explanations to my questions very easy. I will certainly book through Paul again. Thank You Paul for all your help support and patience.
