I spoke to Steve from Benz Travel regarding flights to India for the whole family. He was very courteous, polite and patient. He took the time to locate the exact flights I required and was very knowledgeable in regards to my specific requirements. Also he went through all the details thoroughly and only when I was completely satisfied did he proceed with completing the booking. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and look forward to booking with them again.

I would say Adam who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic through out the booking he initially phoned me and I had said that I?m phoning round to get the best deal possible and agreed with him to call back later. To his word he phoned me after 2 PM and asked if I had made a decision, I went through various options with him and was so impressed by his approach I booked with him even though I had already made a booking with another travel agent and lost my deposit of £100. The booking he made was same price if not slightly more but it was Adam that took the incentive and got the deal done. He?s a credit to your company and if he ever need a change in his career I would get him to work for me without hesitation. I will book through him again 200% as we plan to go to Goa in December. I hope he is recognized by your company and once again thank you very much for all your guidance.
